- Clean iron filings and dust from chucks, jaws, guide rails and racks in a timely manner.
- Regularly clean protective lenses and nozzles; replace them promptly if stained or burnt.
- Maintain proper water level and temperature of the chiller, and replace coolant regularly.
- Lubricate guide rails, racks and lead screws regularly to prevent dry grinding.
- Check air pressure, and drain water from air compressors and filters regularly.
- Clean dust collection boxes and filter elements to ensure smooth smoke exhaust.
- Tighten screws of all parts and check belt tension and servo status.
- Calibrate cutting concentricity and perpendicularity to ensure processing accuracy.
- Avoid collision with the cutting head and chucks; use support rollers for long pipes to prevent swinging.
- Keep the environment ventilated and dry to reduce dust and oil contamination.
