Proportional Valve

This is an SMC ITV series electro-pneumatic regulator, a precision component for converting electrical signals into proportional pneumatic pressure output.

Function: Converts 0–10V or 4–20mA electrical input signals into a proportional 0–0.9 MPa pneumatic output pressure, enabling precise, closed-loop control of air pressure in automated systems. The digital display allows for easy calibration and status monitoring.

Structure: A compact, DIN-rail mountable unit with a digital LED display for real-time pressure monitoring, a 1/4" NPT air port, and a 5m connection cable. It integrates a solenoid valve, pressure sensor, and control circuit in a single enclosure.

Performance: Offers high pressure resolution (±0.001 MPa) and fast response time (≤100 ms), with a repeatability of ±0.1% of full scale. It supports IP65 protection for dust and water resistance, ensuring reliability in industrial environments.

Application: Widely used in CNC machine tools, robotics, and packaging equipment to control the pressure of pneumatic cylinders, grippers, and other air-powered components.
