Bochu Cutting Head

Function

This integrated system, consisting of the FSCUT6000 bus control system and BLT441 smart cutting head, supports up to 15kW fiber lasers. It features closed-loop auto-focus, capacitive height tracking, dual collision protection, and real-time sensor monitoring for stable high-power cutting. The system delivers optimized functions including lightning piercing, slag removal, vibration suppression, and auto re-cut, significantly boosting thick-plate processing efficiency and quality.

Structure

• BLT441 Cutting Head: A fully sealed, water-cooled modular unit with a fiber interface, collimating/focusing lens group, multi-sensor module, gas/cooling circuit, and quick-release nozzle assembly.
• FSCUT6000 Control System: An EtherCAT-based architecture with a main control card, terminal board, capacitive height controller, and industrial HMI, running the HypCut cutting software for integrated operation, programming, and monitoring.

Ideal for medium-to-thick plate processing in industries such as steel structure, shipbuilding, sheet metal fabrication, engineering machinery, and hardware kitchenware, suitable for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and brass.
