This is Panasonic AC servo drive and motor system, a high-precision motion control solution for industrial automation.
1. Servo Drive (Left)
Function: Converts AC power into precise, variable-speed power for the motor, using encoder feedback to achieve closed-loop position, speed, and torque control. It features high responsiveness and low vibration, ensuring stable performance in dynamic applications.
Structure: A modular unit with a built-in heat sink, multiple I/O ports (digital, analog, and communication interfaces like Ethernet/USB), and a status indicator panel (R, N, A, L, M). It supports real-time feedback and parameter adjustment via its control interface.
2. Servo Motor (Right)
Function: Delivers precise rotational motion with minimal backlash, enabling accurate positioning and smooth speed regulation. It is designed for high acceleration/deceleration cycles and continuous operation in demanding industrial environments.
Structure: A compact, high-torque permanent magnet synchronous motor with an integrated high-resolution encoder (typically 23-bit absolute). The aluminum housing provides efficient heat dissipation, and the keyed shaft ensures secure coupling to mechanical loads.
