Wire Connectors

These are 6-port lever-type quick wire connectors, a tool-free electrical connection component for low-voltage wiring systems.

Function: Enables fast, secure connections for multiple wires (0.08–4 mm²) without tools. The spring clamp design ensures reliable electrical contact, while the insulated housing prevents short circuits and protects against dust and moisture.

Structure: A compact, modular housing made of flame-retardant PC plastic, with 6 spring-loaded lever terminals (orange levers for operation). Dimensions are 39mm × 23.5mm × 14.5mm, designed for space-saving installation.

Performance: Rated for voltages up to 450V AC/DC and currents up to 32A, with a flame-retardant rating of UL94 V-0. It supports both solid and stranded wires, and can be reused for re-wiring.

Application: Widely used in home wiring, industrial control panels, LED lighting systems, and automation equipment to simplify and speed up electrical installations.
