This is a Raycus pulsed fiber laser source, a core light source for high-precision laser marking, engraving, and micro-processing equipment.

Key Features

• Design: An integrated, air-cooled unit that combines the pump source, gain fiber, and control electronics into a single enclosure. It features cooling vents and safety warning labels, eliminating the need for an external water cooling system and simplifying installation and maintenance.
• Performance: Delivers a 1064 nm wavelength with pulse widths of 10–200 ns and peak power up to 10 kW. Available in power ratings from 20W to 100W, it offers excellent beam quality (M² ≤1.2) and a pulse repetition rate of 20 kHz–200 kHz, enabling high-precision, non-contact processing.
• Functionality: Produces high-energy pulses with minimal heat-affected zones, making it ideal for marking and micro-machining on metals, plastics, and ceramics. It provides stable output and a long service life of ≥10,000 hours.
