      This machine's main frame is adopts double tube overlap joint structure, the double tube overlap welding structure provides a complete double-layer connection between the box-beams on both sides of the machine body. it compare with the plate welding structure where the middle connecting plate can only be spot welded in a single layer, this structure has higher mechanical strength and plays an important role in improving the anit-torsional / anti-bending  performance of the machine tool. 
     The motion components of this machine adopts  heavy-duty configuration, it ensured accuracy/speed meanwhile also having higher wear resistance.can be match with middle-high power hardware requirements, the machine's have designed dropping slot on both sides of worktable, that is not have in most machines on the market, this dropping slot let the cutting slags / metal dust generated during machine working can be fall into the waste trolley at the bottom of the machine timely, it avoided cutting slags / dusts entering the motion area to effect the accuracy and working life of machine, this design is good fitting with high power machine.
